About

About Moss & Medicine

Originally trained as a classical musician, Saskia qualified as a medical doctor in 2018 and went on to work and train in a broad range of medical and surgical jobs. She has specialised in psychiatry since 2021, where she has worked with people of all ages facing extreme states of mental unwellness.

Her clinical work is enriched by deep experience in ceremonial and therapeutic settings; assisting in holding space with plant medicines since 2019, and spending four years in frontline service with PsyCare UK providing psychological support in psychedelic contexts.

About your Facilitator

Saskia’s work bridges science and spirit, drawing on in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and trauma alongside embodied healing practices from across the world. She has trained as a death doula, a Chi Nei Tsang abdominal bodyworker, and is currently undergoing immersive trainings in neo-tantra and Somatic Experiencing.

Her ceremonial grounding is also shaped by an initiation into a tradition where she received the powerful name that translates to Liberator of Life, a transmission that guides her service and devotion with increasing humility and joy in walking beside others as they remember and reclaim their own healing. She is also a firekeeper, tending ceremonial fire with reverence as a living teacher.

A skilled ceremonialist and intuitive practitioner, Saskia is known for weaving grounded medical knowledge with the sacred and the somatic. She holds her ceremonies as devotional spaces where science, spirit, and the nervous system can meet with gentleness and integrity. Her wide-ranging experience has gifted her with a capacity to meet whatever arises: the beautiful, the unbearable, the mystery.

Clients often speak of feeling deeply safe in her presence, especially those who find it hard to trust or surrender. Saskia carries a calm, attuned feminine energy that is neither performative nor projected, just quietly available, and deeply honest. Her ability to meet others is matched by her commitment to self-resourcing; she only serves medicine when she herself is well, in alignment, and able to be fully present.

She believes that true healing doesn’t add anything to us and instead reveals what was always whole beneath the stories. She stands as a facilitator of spaciousness who walks beside others as they remember their own medicine. Her gift is to midwife that return to the Self, through the body, through breath, through presence, through the sacred.

Saskia currently lives and works in the UK, walking in both the mainstream and the mystical. Saskia’s current offerings include ADHD assessments, ADHD coaching and guidance, holistic women’s health consultations, Chi Nei Tsang treatments, and body-regulating space and lifestyle consultations, for those drawn to walking the path of remembrance and return.
