Mental Health Consultations are a gentle, nurturing space designed to support you in:
• tending to your emotional wellbeing
• soothing overwhelm and stress
• reconnecting with your inner voice and intuition
• cultivating self-awareness and compassion
These guided sessions draw on grounding practices, reflective inquiry, and supportive dialogue to bring clarity, release emotional stagnation, and restore a sense of inner balance. Together, we move through a shared journey of reflection—each person meeting themselves at their own pace, in their own way.
Our bodies and minds often store unspoken feelings—grief, fear, shame, confusion—alongside the beliefs and stories we’ve been carrying for years. Through this process, we gently make space for these emotions to soften, be witnessed, and be transformed. These sessions act as a moving meditation for the inner landscape, inviting acceptance, understanding, and spaciousness back into the heart.
Benefits:
• Emotional regulation and stress relief
• Feeling grounded and centred
• Increased clarity and self-understanding
• Nervous system soothing and relaxation
• Deepened self-trust and inner safety
• Support during life transitions, grief, or burnout
• Reconnection to meaning, purpose, and your authentic self
What to Expect
Your session takes place in a warm, private space where you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table. I wear nitrile gloves for hygiene and energetic protection, and work with massage oil applied to your belly and pelvic area.
Initial Session (90 minutes): We begin with a 15-minute consultation to discuss your health history and intentions. 65-70 minutes is devoted to the massage alongside guided deep breathing, and the last 5 minutes includes integration/follow-up advice.
While called an “abdominal massage,” much of the work includes the pelvic area (completely external). If you’re comfortable, I work down into the groin area to release lymph glands to help move what is stuck there.
The treatment works on your fascia and organs to unknot and release layers of physical and emotional holding. Because we work directly with the vagus nerve, the experience can be deeply relaxing yet quite intense as we go deep into your core.
Each session includes gentle guidance through breath and sound, support for any emotional release, and time to land with integration guidance afterward. This work is always held with deep care, honouring whatever your body needs to express.
Who Is This For?
Breast Massage supports nearly all bodies, particularly those experiencing:
Hormonal imbalance or breast tenderness
Lymphatic congestion or swelling in the chest or underarms
Post-breastfeeding, post-surgery, or post-mastectomy recovery
Emotional numbness or disconnection from the body
Anxiety, heartache, grief, or difficulty receiving
Desire to reconnect with feminine energy, softness, and self-love
This practice complements Chi Nei Tsang beautifully, as both work through the body’s core and emotional center — the heart and belly — to restore flow, trust, and vitality.

A Personal Note
I began offering these mental health consultations after recognising how profoundly supportive it was to sit with my own inner experiences in a structured yet gentle way. As I committed to regular emotional check-ins, I found myself feeling more grounded, more connected, and far less overwhelmed by the demands of daily life.
This offering was born during a gathering where many of us were navigating disconnection, confusion, and emotional rupture within our community. What was most needed was not more analysis or conflict—but a space where people could exhale, speak honestly, and be held with care. Witnessing the shift in each person—from tension to openness, from guardedness to relief—made it clear that this type of space is deeply needed and deeply healing.
Over time I’ve realised that I take myself more seriously when I engage in this work within a group setting. The presence of others creates accountability, gentleness, and a shared humanity that is difficult to replicate alone.
My belief is that emotional wellbeing is sacred. And yet, we’ve become profoundly disconnected from our inner worlds—numbed by busyness, weighed down by expectations, and shaped by a culture that often encourages suppression rather than expression. As someone dedicated to holistic wellbeing, I feel strongly about creating spaces that allow us to unlearn these patterns.
This practice is about reclaiming softness, sensitivity, and self-honesty. It is also about supporting the natural intelligence of your mind and body—something I am passionate about sharing.
You may be thinking, “Is this too simple to make a difference?” or “Why haven’t I experienced something like this before?” This work is ancient, though often forgotten in Western culture. I invite you to come and feel the shift for yourself.
